Brew Trak was just submitted to the Windows Phone store tonight (Feb 18th). As usual, the application is free and fully functional with the trial option and is ad supported. Purchasing the application will remove the ads.
I am experimenting with ads this time around, and am using AdDuplex to see what kind of results that brings.
The app submission progress takes a few days, but I will post again once it is available for download.
UPDATE 1 (Feb 22nd):
Ran into a submission problem with the app standards. Quick fixes and should resubmit in the next few hours. Something to note: The reports generated for the certification failures are excellent and informative.
UPDATE 2 (Feb 23rd):
Re-submitted Brew Trak last night. It is in the certification stage already. Changed the way Brew Trak checks for an existing account, and added a way to log out. Last time it took 4 business days from submission to certification failure. Hopefully it will pass before the end of next week!
Hey everyone!
I was going through some old files from school and stumbled on 'Wizard Defense', the first real windows game using DirectX 9 I ever put together. I figured why not throw it up online and let everyone play with it - so I added a section on the site for all my programming stuff that isn't mobile app related that I have tentatively called 'experiments'. As I experiment more or find more old school stuff worth posting, I'll add it to this page.
'Wizard Defense' splash screen
'Wizard Defense' is a very simple proof of concept for a fort defense style game in the like of Stick Defense. It only has 1 level, but it does have very silly death audio for the bad guys made by yours truly. Let me know what you think!

With the move to Windows 8 and the new Windows Phone 8 SDK, I apparently ran into a small problem that looks to be fixed now. Unfortunately I did have to roll back the ability to rate on a checkin and will put that out in a future release. I have tested the new release of 0.3.5 on the emulator and my current daily driver (a Nokia Lumia 900) and the app seems to behave as expected.
I want to thank everyone who emailed me to let me know there was a problem. I really appreciate your kind words and support. Makes me more eager to keep working on bringing more of the Untappd experience to Windows Phone!
In other news, I have a Lumia 920 on the way. Once I get all the major features ironed out on the 7.x version, I will look into a Windows Phone 8 specific version to take advantage of the cool new things Windows Phone 8 supports, like live lock screens. What kind of Brew Trak WP8 specific feature would you like to see? Leave a comment and let me know!
